At BSVP Project Management is allied with Quantity Surveying to provide a fully integrated service. The two service streams can also be separated should this be required.

Project Monitoring (Bank Monitoring)

Acting on b ehalf of the future occupier, fund or financing body for a project, and independent of the project design and delivery team, we can provide a project monitoring service to ensure that a project is run efficiently and that it is being delivered in line with the funding and business case on which approval was provided.

Employer’s Agent

Acting on behalf of the Client and Employers in respect of the administration of a ‘design and build’ contract incorporating the preparation of Employer's Requirements and the issue of relevant Notices and Certificates.
