- Leading due diligence survey teams on major multi-site investment acquisitions, including major assets such as shopping centres, business parks, warehouse and distribution units and offices of up to 500,000sq ft.
- Leading and coordinating building surveys of various sizes for offices, industrial and retail portfolios for pension funds, property companies and other investors.
- Undertaking building and stock condition surveys for occupiers, tailoring the report advice to their particular requirements.
- Providing dilapidations related advice, successfully negotiating claims on behalf of landlords and tenants, including co-ordination and liaison with specialist engineers and solicitors.
- Leading and coordinating preventative maintenance plans on a range of different portfolios.
- Providing contract administration services on refurbishment or maintenance projects from £10,000 to £3,000,000 across all property types.
- Project managing and quantity surveying on new build and refurbishment contracts across all sectors, up to £20 million in individual value.
- Providing project monitoring services for banks or investors in new build schemes up to an individual contract value of £30 million.
